Check-in for the Lake House & the Lodge at Waters Edge is anytime after 4:00pm.
Check-in for the Retreat is anytime after 5:00pm.
Check-out is at promptly before 11:00am. Late check-outs delay cleaning and the check-in times of future guests. Early arrivals and late check-outs will result in a $100 per hour fee.
At certain times, early check-in may be available. Early check-in times may be requested by email, 24 hours in advance – based on availability and not guaranteed. Please contact us for more information if you require special accommodations.
NO HASSLE CHECK-IN
Our properties feature the easiest check-in you’ll ever experience. Each cabin is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic deadbolt that’s programmed to a unique code for each guest. Instead of waiting in a registration line, you’ll drive directly to your cabin and enter the secure code in the lock. No fuss, no wait, and best of all, no keys to return! It’s just one more way we make getting away hassle-free.
